About the publication
Future Tech Today is an independent technology news publication founded in 2024, covering artificial intelligence, web design and engineering, mobile hardware, VR/AR, consumer reviews, and technology policy. Articles are published in English with an Arabic reading mode.
Our editorial approach is explanatory: we prioritise pieces that show readers how a technology works and what it changes, over announcement coverage.
Pitching the newsroom
Send pitches to contact@futuretechtoday.site. To give a pitch the best chance:
- Lead with what is actually new. We cover the technical substance, not the funding round or the award.
- Say who we can talk to. Access to the engineers or researchers who built the thing is what usually turns a pitch into a story.
- Include technical detail up front — architecture, benchmarks, methodology. We will ask for it regardless.
- Name the section it fits. Our six sections are listed in the site navigation.
We do not publish press releases verbatim, and we do not accept payment for editorial coverage. Paid placement is handled separately and labelled — see Advertise.
Embargoes
We honour embargoes that are agreed in advance. Sending embargoed material without prior agreement does not bind us to it. Embargo requests should state the exact date and time with a timezone. If an embargo breaks elsewhere, we consider ourselves free to publish.
Review units
We accept hardware and software for review on the following terms, which are not negotiable:
- No copy approval. You will not see the review before publication, and we do not share scores in advance.
- No conditions on the conclusion. Providing a review unit does not entitle you to a favourable review or to any review at all.
- Review units are returned after testing, or their retention is disclosed in the article. We do not keep products of significant value.
- Testing methodology is published alongside the review so readers can judge it themselves.
Corrections
If we have published something inaccurate about your organisation, write to contact@futuretechtoday.site with the specific claim and the evidence. We correct factual errors promptly and append a correction note to the article. We do not remove accurate reporting on request.
